Thank You

Well gosh. Thanks for all the nice birthday greetings, input on the list of 30 before 30, and what not. I guess, by popular demand, #3 is officially discontinued.

It was a good birthday involving dark chocolate pomegranates, roses, books, cookies, tulips, cakes, a loaf of the best pumpkin bread I ever ate, a cricut machine, {a blog spotlight including a photo of my most awesome 3rd grade school sweatshirt}, friends, family, and the news that Beth tried to crochet me some slippers and accidentally made gigantic ones that she said could each expand to contain a pan of meatloaf.

I say she should market them. Especially among the Mormon crowd because we're always bringing dinner to each other and a nice little crocheted meatloaf cozy could really give a neighborly gesture that special touch. Dontcha think?

Thank you all!

*Thanks, Ginna, for the above photo

I'm so glad you had a sweet birthday. I thought the blog spotlight was sweet, too, and the 3rd grade photo actually reminded me of the photos *I* have of you. Wherever they are. I got my first camera in high school (or jr. high?) I think, so that would probably put you in about 3rd grade. LOL (true)

Ooo, ooo, ooo, I forgot to tell you: you are going to be SO IN LOVE WITH your Cricut. It is my favorite "mommy toy." It completely and absolutely rocks. Have fun. Post about what you do with it.

See I'm glad others agree with me about #3. It's just too important to see those faces once in a while. It reminds me of who I am and what I stand for. And I'm glad you posted that cake picture. I love it so. So very much.

I knew it! I knew I wasn't the only one who made meat loaf cozies and sweaters for two people to wear at the same time! So nice to know you're not alone........

It's a gift - you crochet a meatloaf cozy you can crochet anything, maybe even conquer the world.
