I Like Walmart

I know that my mom is going to be disappointed by that.
But really, I do like it.
Because sometimes I can find awesome things like this for $3:

And this outfit for $7:

The best part about that outfit is that I swear I had that exact same outfit when I was a kid. I thought paint splatters were the coolest pattern that could ever be on clothes.

Thanks to you, Walmart, I got my kids 7 shirts and a pair of capri's for just over $20.

p.s. Don't be hatin'. I like Target, too.

I approve. Choice is the most delightful part of our society. Aren't you so glad you can go to BOTH---or either---depending on your mood? And so can everyone else?

I'm glad you had a funtarme.

I LOVE Walmart. I sometimes think I should be embarrassed to say that, so I'm glad you opened a forum for me to admit it. The supercenters (the ones with food) are awesome--I save TONS.

I am not an anti-Walmart snob. I don't like the parking lot and I don't like the check out lines. I go there--sometimes. I don't know where things are there. I'm not a snob-- My favorite grocery store was the little Reams on Center Street for crying out loud. I knew where everything was and you didn't have to go ten miles to get to the milk and there were never more than 10 cars in the parking lot. (Probably why they had to shut down.) I don't object to other people shopping at Walmart. Just don't ask me to go with you on a regular basis. I love the Frosty Flake shirts--good deal!! =)

I really like Walmart. I don't feel funky and cool when I go there - I feel wise and practical. i like both feelings, but I like the wise and practical bit far more often these days than the pricier version.
