A Start

This morning I ran a mile.
I didn't time myself.
I didn't see anybody I knew.
I didn't feel like it was the funnest thing ever.
I didn't feel like it was going to kill me.

I think it was a success.

Maybe I should wave my arms more when I run, though. It works for Maggie.

Good for you! Keep it up.

Are you a Friends fan? This post reminds me of the one where Rachel and Phoebe go running together and Rachel is embarrassed because Phoebe runs wildly.

yay megs! I wish I was there to go with you. I'm an awful runner, but I always wish I had the ability/desire to do it. It seems like it would be fun if you can get past the torture part.

you can do it! I hated running and never did it until after Alec. I started with just running for 5 min! 3 weeks is a bit short, but totally doable! (especially if you don't mind being sore afterward) You're awesome

Good for you!! WOW! I feel the same way about running: doesn't kill me, but I don't love it, either. You might try Maggie's approach. She seems to know what she's doing.

I'd only do it for the arm waving, myself. Did you know that I occasionally go down the middle of our street in the night just doing chausses? (is that really how you spell it?)
