Family Tree

Dan and I pretty much think family trees are the bee's knees. In the early days of our marriage we constructed an enormous 6 generation chart that Dan printed onto a huge 5 feet by 6 feet piece of paper. It rocks our socks. We picked both of the twins first and middle names off that chart.

But I've been on the lookout for a bit of a more functional/aesthetically pleasing display for our house. And I think I found {some glorious options}:

Wouldn't those be rad surrounded by family pictures?

And another question: why does everything I want have to cost $95?
It's always $95.

Oooh! I like the peacock one. You're crafty, I bet you can make one by yourself and make it look just as cute if not cuter.

I'm making one of my own that is similar to the second one there. I took the pattern that my friend did and I'm just adjusting it to make it more my style. It doesn't have to cost $95. Just make it yourself and it'll be super cute!

Hey Megan! This is Sarah Pace's sister Kimberly. Sarah just found out she is having twin girls and really wants to talk to you! She asked me to contact you because she doesn't have access to a computer. Her number is 435-835-4846

Thanks so much and I love your blog!

Where do you find this stuff??? And where can I find a retro orange fridge? Just wondering. You need to come see my house--it gets awesomer all the time . . . at a snail pace, but at least my room is now "smokin' orange." I kid you not, that was the name of the paint.

And by the by--I like the bottom one the best, followed by the top one. Then again, my favorite artist is Mark Rothko, so I lean toward the abstract side of things.

Hey, we did the same thing when we were first married. It was on poster board and everything. And very awesome. I love these that you've posted--so beautiful!! (As for the $95, I've found the same thing. I think it's because $95 is just beyond what I'm willing to pay!)

Wow. Where are these? I could fill a wall with one - I'm always looking for new computer charts that could actually kindof show you layers and interlacings. Like life is all straight lines and brackets . . .
