I dreamed a dream. In this dream my parents sat me down and told me that they thought I needed a break--a relaxing vacation. So they'd made me a condo reservation in St. George and wanted me to ride my bike there.
"It will be so relaxing," Mom said.
"You can just take your time getting there," Dad said.
"Me? On a Bike?" I said, "When was the last time you saw me ride one?"
So, there I was pedaling away to St. George (which is 5 hours away by car).
But you know what? I dreamed that I loved it. And I dreamed that it was relaxing. So now I want a bike in real life. But I don't think I'm ready for the spandex get-up in real life.
Baby steps.
* Now I can't get this song out of my mind. Oh man, I love this song. Never mind that my hair is short and brown and I was pedaling instead of riding a Harley. It's the feeling of the song.

who says you need spandex to ride a bike? I did it in a skirt for 18 months. Beware of bike riding, though; you might end up with calves like mine. :)
You have the best dreams EV-ER! :) And at least you get to relax in your dreams!! :)
P.S. I wore spandex UNDER my skirt when I rode on my mission. Didn't want any surprises.
"She used to work in a diner. Never saw a woman finer. I used to order just to watch her float across the floor."
I love that image.
You used to have long blonde hair, so I can easily picture you pedaling down to St. George. Very relaxing. I think it's downhill.
