Jill, one of my kindergarten teaching buddies, always talked with fondness about "the blanket stage" when kids can't really crawl, but they can sit and play on a blanket. It's really the greatest thing and quite a hoot to watch as they grab toys and frantically shove them in their mouths.

Well, folks, we're there. Darn it these kids are cute.
That's Coley in the picture, he sits a bit better than Will. Maybe Will's huge head makes it harder to balance? ;-)

Sigh....the blanket stage is nice. Too bad it doesn't last because the next stage........OY!
some days, when i feel like crying, i want my own blanket stage back... [sigh]...
And I guess you're an impartial observer? HA!! I'm with Emma P. And Will's rest of himself will be catching up soon. Isn't it great that they're different?
