I honestly don't remember this ever happening before. Ever. Let's hope the snow kept the tomatoes warm. But it was the frost the night before. Wait - this wasn't last night? Because we only had rain. The hay is going to rot in the fields.
WHAT?!?????!? That is NOT COOL! It's almost June!! My word! I sure hope your tomato plants heard you, too, because home-grown tomatoes might just be the best thing on the planet, and you SHOULD GET SOME!!
I'm so hot, I want to roll in your snow! It's in the 90's here. HUMID and no a/c. The inside of my house is 87. AWESOME! let it snow. let it snow. let it snow. :)
Wait a minute...we just got our first snow of the season HERE in New Zealand THIS MORNING... Topsy-turvy seasons, eh? (us, with the summery Christmas!)
2 years ago here in utah we had that freak snow day in JUNE!!! does anyone remember THAT??? of course, tomatoes were further along then too. Here's keeping my fingers crossed for ya!
