I'm off galavanting with the blogging community at the CBC. Wish me luck. I'll be rubbing elbows with all sorts of amazing bloggers I'm sure. Dan helped me design and print some little calling cards so that I can get the word out about Mmmboppin'. I think there should be more things in the world named after Hanson songs, don't you?
Have a fantastic Memorial Day Weekend!

Oh, have fun!!! Can't wait to hear about it. Will you show us the calling cards, too? And, yes, there really aren't enough things named after Hanson.... Mmmboppin' is the only one I can think of right off....
I never noticed this before, but you have great turn out, you should be an Irish dancer! :)
**jealous** a CBC? sounds like fun!
and i used to think that naming a boy Hansen would be cool.
Say hi to all the women bloggers for me. I wish there was one for men.
Aly, actually it's funny you should say that because when I was younger it was my secret ambition to be an irish dancer. Deep down I'm super jealous of your skills.
Since it was impossible to meet everyone, I know why I didn't meet you, but how did I not meet you? :)
Hope you're recovering well today.

oh that's me, Heather from the Extraordinary Ordinary. I keep forgetting to log in - sheesh.
Megan - It's never to late to learn how to Irish dance. I only started a little over 4 years ago and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I absolutely love it! It's literally the one thing that keeps me sane. I know of a good school out in your area that has plenty of adult dancers and they are also offering a beginning adult class on Fridays. Check out their website: www.shelleyirishdance.com/classes_tuition.htm
or you could always come to my school if you are willing to drive to Salt Lake :)
You should seriously think about it, you already have great turnout! :) You are always welcome to come to class with me one night too.
If you are ever short on YW activities and want us to perform let me know. We've done several YW activities where we have performed and taught the girls ceili dances.
Oh and I forgot: We are performing at the Highland Games at Thanksgiving Point next Saturday. If you want to watch the Highland Dance competition that starts about 9:00 a.m. But if you just want to see some Irish dancing my school is performing at 5:00 p.m. at the Hibernian Stage which is outside.
