Swagbucks is True

Search & Win

I've heard about swagbucks before here and there on various blogs-- people saying you could earn free stuff just for doing things online you were doing anyway. And guess what? It's true. They're right. You can.

I signed up a few weeks ago and they gave me 30 swag bucks just for registering. And when I do internet searches at swagbucks.com I can earn more swagbucks. Just for searching. When I play games on the interweb (they have this crazy fun game called drop 3 that I'm in love with), or do online shopping (like buying princess dolls from disney.com to bribe my 4 year old with), I can earn more swagbucks. Even buying groupons through swagbucks earns you swagbucks.

And when you refer your friends to register, you earn swagbucks when they earn swagbucks--so you both win. When you get enough swagbucks you can buy gift cards with them or anything else that strikes your fancy in the swag store. I've got my eye on a target card. It might seem like it would take you forever to earn enough swagbucks to get something with, but it adds up. And once you have your friends sign up, your swagbucks pour in because when they earn you earn, too. Also, if you're into using grocery store coupons--you can earn for printing and using coupons from their site. There are a ton of ways to earn. And almost all of them are for things you would do anyway.

I bought a groupon the other day for a $30 dollar gift card to Bath and Body Works for $15--and I also got 280 swagbucks. A good deal, and a lot of swag. Score!

So, if you spend any time on the Internet these days, I'd recommend you see about earning some swag while you're at it. I wasn't paid to say this. I just wanted you to know. Don't say I didn't tell you.

I just started using swagbucks about a month ago as well! I haven't redeemed any bucks yet, but I've found some tricks to scoring about 8-10 swagbucks a day (like do a quick search for facebook instead of just going right to facebook). Anyway, yeah it seems like it's not much, but it does add up! Also, you can mail in used books and other items to earn, which I plan on trying out.

I signed up a few months ago and we already got $30 in Amazon gc codes. Hoping to use it all to get Christmas for free this year!
