Bad Idea

Next year, tell me not to buy Halloween candy until like, the day of, Halloween. I think today I ate 5 mini Heath bars for breakfast and 4 Snickers for lunch .

And now I feel quite sluggish.

I know what you mean. People always suggest buying a candy you don't like so you won't be tempted to eat it. But I never go for that! ha

Done. The calendar feature in my blackberry for Oct 1, 2010 now reads, "Remind Meg NOT to buy Halloween candy until like, the day OF Halloween.".... **giggles**

I didn't used to have an issue with that... meaning I never gained weight or felt awful. But now I do. So I buy the day before or the morning of. Why can't self-control get stronger as I get older?

You can buy ahead. Just buy something you hate. LIke anything not chocolate. I'm SURE you'll do better.

I have a really good baked apple recipe that asks for a toffee bar. Use the candy to make healthy foods!! The recipes was found in allrecipes.com and it's called the Real German Baked Apple. Try it!

that's the strategy though. They know if you buy a bag in August when they put it out *rolls eyes* that you're going to have to buy another bag or two or three before Halloween.....mini snickers.....mmmmmmmmmmm!!!
