About 1/2 a mile from our place is the little fun place called Liberty Land. We've driven past it countless times and to be honest, I thought it was a bit hokey looking. Okay, a lot hokey. But it turned out to be Maggie's dreamland. We mini golfed (much to Maggie's dismay--she didn't find any pleasure in that after the first hole). Then Maggie rode the carousel, the race cars, and the airplane ride, and jumped up and down in the bounce house until her insides were jell-o. And then she begged for more. And since she's 2, she did all that for free. Who said the twos were terrible? Nobody at Liberty Land, that's for sure!
There wasn't much in it for the boys, although they did enjoy the bounce house until the big kids came (and ruined everything).
It's been a week and Maggie still says each night in her prayers, "Thanks I go fly plane and ride horse and fly plane and fly plane." (When she's excited she repeats stuff over and over).

Oh my goodness! I can't believe you've been there! I have been wondering if that place is even open because I _never_ see anyone there. So it was fun? And free for 2-year-olds? Hmm. Maybe we'll have to give it a try someday.
How fun :) I love Dan's tongue hangin' out in the car picture!
Yeah - I didn't know it was open either - Shoot - I'd have taken Max there while he was here. They have a real carousel? Dang.
